Life's Reflections

A TIME TO BE BORN: On December 10, 1959, a beautiful bouncing baby girl was born to (the late) Harold Sr. and Edith Royal Bryson in the "City Beautiful,"Orlando (Orange County), Florida. Beverly attended the Orange County public schools and graduated from Evans High School. At an early age, she was taught about the goodness of the Lord and accepted Christ as her Savior and Lord.

A TIME TO LOVE: Beverly loved life, and until her health failed, she lived life to the fullest. She loved being with family, traveling, Gospel Quartet Concerts, and attending Church. In worship she always acknowledged the Lord with her hands lifted and her mouth filled with praise. She sang in several choirs and assisted with the Young People's Division (YPD). She met and married Mr. David Roberts, and to this union a child was born. Beverly was a devoted wife, a loving mother, grandmother, sister, confidant, and friend. Her grandchildren were her world of joy, and she loved them unconditionally. She also loved her nieces and nephews equally.

A TIME TO LABOR: Beverly's employment was with the Orange County Schools Transportation Department. She served with pride and showed love for those she greeted each day. She retired in 2018 from a career that included over 27 years of dedicated service in driving God's precious creations, the children, to and from school daily. Together with her siblings, Beverly was raised in and later joined New Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church. Their parents were some of the pioneers of the church. She loved attending church. Even after her health began to fail, she would still come to worship, pray, and glorify God. She enjoyed being in the fellowship of the Believers at New Bethel.

A TIME TO MOURN/CELEBRATE LIFE: On Wednesday, September 22, 2021, God dispatched an angel from heaven to come down and release Beverly from all this world's cares.

Preceding her in transitioning this earthly life were her parents, Harold Sr. and Edith Royal Bryson, and brother; David Bryson.

Sister Beverly Roberts leaves to cherish her legacy and memories: her loving and devoted daughter, Brittany (Michael Sr.) Myles of Kissimmee, Florida; brother, Harold Bryson, Jr., of Orlando, Florida; sister, Carolyn Bryson Williams and Ronnie Williams, both of Hampton, Georgia; sister in-law, Delaine Briggs of Orlando, Florida; three grandchildren, Michael Jr., Jaden Myles, and Elijah Myles, all of Kissimmee, Florida; and other cousins and family who will miss her gentle soft spirit and her willing heart.
