Sister Clairetha Kareemah Landers
August 21, 1957 – June 11, 2025
"Great is Thy Faithfulness"

Sister Clairetha Kareemah Landers, the beloved daughter of Albert Landers, Jr. and Juanita Harris Landers, was born on August 21, 1957, in Ocilla, Georgia. It was evident during her early years that she was a special vessel - chosen, anointed, and appointed to do His will. She relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida, in 1965. After beginning a family of her own, she moved to Miami, Florida in 1980, but her final residence was in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Sister Clairetha was taught at an early age to reverence God and to always place Him first in whatever she attempted to do. She later professed her belief in Jesus Christ and endeavored to follow His example. Her faith and love for the Lord steadily increased the more she read the Bible and studied His Word. Likewise, she looked forward to her devotional time for petitioning and praising God. She was a faithful member as well as an extraordinary Sunday School teacher at Kingdom Church of God By Faith in St. Petersburg.

The Lord equipped Sister Clairetha with godly qualities that made her uniquely respected by others, for she was strong-willed and loyal. She was highly intelligent and had a remarkable gift for solving problems in demanding situations and was skillful at bringing people together. Sister Clairetha was not only spiritual but also a warrior for righteousness.

Sister Clairetha retired as a dental assistant, but during the past ten years, she reliably cared for several small children. By the grace of God, she became their godly grandmother who adored them, taught them, and corrected them with love. At the end of the day, however, she anticipated her quiet time for reading and sewing. Likewise, she enjoyed traveling.

Sister Clairetha loved her family wholeheartedly. She always looked forward to the wonderful times they shared - coming together for the holidays or a "just because" any day visit. Whenever she was needed, she was available to keep them encouraged.

Standing on the promises of God, Sister Clairetha Kareemah Landers received a crown of righteousness from the Righteous Judge on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. "Well done, good and faithful servant .... Enter into the joy of the Lord!"
