Mr. Curtis "Bunny" Oliver was born on February 15, 1961, to the late Mr. Walter Oliver, Sr. and the late Mrs. Rosa Mae Oliver in Warwick, GA.  He confessed Christ and was baptized at an early age.

Bunny was a nature and animal lover who enjoyed the outdoors. He had a deep affection for his family and pets. He would often be seen riding his bike or taking a scroll throughout the neighborhood. He was introverted, but funny, and would bring laughter to all that knew him. He was small, yet bold, hence the nickname "Tough Cat" given to him by his peers.

On Sunday, June 23, 2024, Bunny departed this earthly life at Big Bend Hospice in Tallahassee, FL where he was cared for by compassionate staff with the support of his family.

Bunny will forever remain in the hearts of his only daughter: Tammy Weatherspoon and four grandchildren Jayavia Johnson, Jayden Weatherspoon, Jaylyn Weatherspoon, and Jaycee Weatherspoon of Madison, FL. He leaves to cherish his memory six siblings: Betty Cobb and Richard (Brenda) Oliver of St. Petersburg, Florida; Roosevelt, Ray, Jerome, and Kathereen (Jimmy) Oliver all of Madison, Florida; his nieces and nephews: Delrick, Brince, Linda, Patricia, Lois, Lorenzo (Barbara), Gloria Ann, Sharon, Greg (Robin), Natasha, Marlon (Glenna), Latayna, Yolanda, Tara, Tartacher, Stacey, Jerome, Jermyiah, April (Tyrone), Shantel, Retoneya (David), Talecia, and Shaquanna. He also leaves to cherish his memory a host of great nieces, great nephews, and friends including three special friends: Anthony Ivory, Thomas Herring, and Anita Hiers.

He was preceded in death by five siblings: John Lee Oliver, Willie James Oliver, Walter Oliver Jr., Alice Oliver, and Gloria Gaston.
