"BRAW""
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16
Rev. David Miller and Norma Jean Lane Arnold became parents of a beautiful rose, Dianne Elaine Miller, on November 21, 1972, in the "City of Roses", Thomasville, Georgia. She was raised by her godmother, Evon Cuthbertson, in New Smyrna Beach, FL, but Dianne lived most of her adult life in Greenville, Florida. She briefly relocated to Homerville, GA before she finally settled down in Gulfport, Mississippi seven years ago.
Dianne Miller loved the Lord and accepted Him as her Redeemer. She was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church of Greenville, Florida. Her love for God was evident in her love for others within the community. She was a nurturer as well as a giver. Dianne loved to cook and always welcomed others into her home to help them, care for them, or to share a meal with them. Her heart of gold reflected her generous spirit, her kindness, and her love of family. Affectionately called "Braw" and "Diamond", Dianne was a people-person who sparkled as the life of the party". She loved to laugh but she also kept it real. If she had to, she could go from 0 to 100 at record breaking speed, especially if the right button(s) were pushed. Dianne also loved playing cards and always challenged others to join her in a card game.
Dianne Elaine Miller knew that God did not bring her this far to leave her. On February 1, 2022, she was ushered into the presence of the Holy Spirit and peacefully entered eternal glory.
It's hard to forget someone who gave everyone so much to remember. Dianne's legacy of goodwill, love, and most of all family, will always be embedded in the hearts of those who knew her. Forever cherishing her love and memory are her sons: Jerry (Tonya) Hodges of Eustis, FL, Siquan Davis and Danny Williams, Jr. both of Gulfport, MS; nephews raised as sons: Garry (Balinda) Stephens of Live Oak, FL and James Pleas of Madison, FL; daughters: Yasmin Hodges and Latia Miller both of Gulfport, MS; nieces raised as daughters: Shenika Stephens and Stacey Stephens, both of Madison, FL; parents: Rev.
