Jarquis Reshard Siplin
MARCH 22, 1996 – FEBRUARY 6, 2025
"Hold on to God's unchanging hand" ~ Romans 8:35

In His Master plan, God chose JARQUIS RESHAD SIPLIN to be born March 22, 1996, and to be the baby boy of Regina Yulee. He also chose their family for him to be cared for and loved unconditionally. "Jitty," as he was affectionately called, was a lifelong resident of Madison, Florida.

JARQUIS, in his uniqueness, was good-natured and amusing to be around. He loved to laugh and to be embraced by family. In addition to receiving warm, powerful hugs, he also loved to dance and listen to music. Watching action movies really attracted his attention because he was excited by the aggressive combat they contained.

Earlier in life, JARQUIS was baptized and became a member of Mt. Nebo African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church in Madison, Florida.  JARQUIS attended the Greenwood School for Special Needs in Jasper, Florida, from age of three. Afterwards, he was enrolled at Madison County High School and graduated in the Class of 2016 with his certificate of completion.

In his humbleness and in his own way, JARQUIS expressed his everlasting love for his family and his entire village of who were there for him his entire life. He showed his appreciation to them through his reaction to and his awareness of their presence.

God, however, also chose to include in His Master plan Thursday, February 6, 2025, the date for JARQUIS RESHAD SIPLIN to come live with Him throughout eternity.

JARQUIS RESHAD SIPLIN holds a special place in the hearts of his loved ones that no one else can ever fill. Among those who will forever cherish RESHAD'S special memories are his kindhearted, loving, and devoted mother: Regina Yulee; his fondly supportive
sister: Chyna Frazier; aunts: Alice (WG) Grace, Beverly Swilley, Brenda (Curtis) Dennis, Doreatha Lincoln and Jackie Yulee; uncles: Ferris Jr. (Terri) Swilley, Kip (Bernadette) Yulee, Harrison Mitchell, John W. (Cassandra) Yulee and Richard J. (Valerie) Yulee; godparents: Augusta and Eva Stevens; special caregivers: Morris and Surette Bell; special coordinator: Ken Washington; special cousin: Brianca Swilley; along with a host of other sorrowing cousins, other extended family members, and compassionate friends.
