Celebrating the Precious Life of
Jayden Emir “Jay” Ivery
April 9, 2024 – May 9, 2026
“There are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they are gone, the light remains.”
With hearts filled with love and tears of sorrow, we celebrate the beautiful life and precious memories of Jayden Emir “Jay” Ivery, who entered eternal rest on Friday, May 9, 2026. Though his time on earth was brief, Jayden’s life was filled with joy, laughter, love, and a sweet spirit that touched everyone blessed to know him.
Born on April 9, 2024, to the loving parents of Amber Whigham and JaMichael Ivery, Jayden was truly a gift from God. Affectionately known as “Jay,” he brought sunshine wherever he went. His bright smile, curious eyes, and playful personality made every room feel warmer and every moment more special.
Jayden was an independent little soul with a mind of his own. He loved trying to do things for himself and carried a determination far beyond his years. Whether he was busy playing with his toy cars, watching his favorite movies, or simply exploring the world around him, Jayden embraced life with innocence, wonder, and joy. His laughter was contagious, and the love he gave so freely will forever remain in the hearts of those who cherished him.
Though words cannot fully express the pain of losing such a precious child, the family finds comfort in knowing that Jayden’s beautiful spirit will live on through every treasured memory, every smile he inspired, and every life he touched.
Jayden leaves to cherish his loving memories: his loving mother, Amber Whigham; devoted father, JaMichael Ivery; his brother, Ja’Mari Ivery; his sister, La’Niaya Ivery; his maternal grandparents, Brenda Whigham and Anthony Whigham; his maternal great-grandfather, Joe Edwards; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and loving friends who will forever hold him close in their hearts.
Though little Jay’s journey on earth was short, his life was meaningful, impactful, and deeply loved. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel whose love will never fade from the hearts of those who knew him.
Rest peacefully, sweet Jay. You will forever be loved, remembered, and missed.
