IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Je'Mil Ty'Shawn
Fayson
May 27, 1997 – December 18, 2020
Je'Mil Ty'Shawn Fayson was born May 27, 1997, to parents Tyrone B. Fayson and Ellen Howard Cooley. The youngest of her mother's daughters, Je'Mil, was a beloved and unique child. A family-oriented person, Je'Mil's greatest joy was being surrounded by her loved ones and seeing to their comfort and satisfaction. Since she was of responsible age, she willingly and gladly cared for her nieces and nephews. Whenever needed, her sisters could count on her to be a willing helper. As a protective person – Je'Mil defended her family in every way possible. She was known emphatically to be a "straight shooter." Directly and honestly, she spoke her mind and made her thoughts and feelings clear. Her character was reflective of her mother; she was honest, forthright, and did not mince words.
Je'Mil never met a stranger, a genuine peoples' person; every person she encountered left with the impression of how wonderful and pleasant she was. Her drawing quality was her smile – she always found a reason to see the positive in life and whatever situation she encountered. Je'Mil embodied the Chinese proverb: "Use your smile to change the world; don't let the world change your smile."
Since her youth, she was serious about her education and advanced academically to secure her future. A lover of the law – Je'Mil desired to seek an educational path in studying law and a career. A 2015 graduate of Madison County High School, she later enrolled at North Florida Community College, graduating with an Associate Arts Degree in Criminal Justice with plans to earn a law degree.
No doubt her future was bright Je'Mil took to life with well thought out plans. A good steward of character and reputation, she cared about her credit and her financial obligations and would have successfully made a stable and secure home for herself. She loved wearing the name brand PINK, and for good reason. PINK symbolizes youth, good health, and playfulness.
It's the flush of first love and stands for nurturing femininity – qualities that adequately describe this cheerfully innocent and pure gentile soul.
Sadly, and with enormous regret, Je'Mil will be remembered for all of the aspects mentioned above; most importantly, however, will be her faith. Baptized at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church, Je'Mil's faith in God influenced her family and forever changed their lives. Graciously, her lasting impression will be their greatest consolation- the legacy of her life and her Christian witness.
As the morning comes, so does new life, and when the sun sets in the evening, the beauty of a freshly plucked rose fades away. On December 18, 2020, our rose was forever taken from our embrace to live in peace with God. Her love and memory will be treasured forever by her parents: Tyrone B. Fayson and Ellen Howard (Gregory, Sr.) Cooley; siblings: Jasmine Fayson, Shantavis Fayson, Ladarris Fayson, Octavius Fayson, Tyjuan Fayson, Lakedra McIntyre, Kreshonda McIntyre, Shaunisha McIntyre, Gregory Cooley, Jr., Shantia Cooley, and Raven Cooley; maternal grandfather: Frank M. Howard and paternal grandfather: Ralph Fayson; special friend: Alacia McIntyre; nieces: Marlaija Williams, Za'Nyreiona Davis, Syriah McIntyre, and Harmony Ealy; nephews: Rodriquez Hall, Jr., Marlon Williams, Jr., Ja'Ron Crawford, Josiah Crawford, and Ky'Mon Brown; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
Preceding her in death are her Maternal Grandmother: Eddie B. Howard and Paternal Grandmother: Helen Fayson.
