Obituary

LeeVan Livingston was born on January 5, 1953 to the now-late Israel and the now-late Jannie Mae Livingston in Greenville, Florida. However, on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 he exchanged time for eternity and departed this earthly life . He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Robert Davis and Charles E. Livingston, as well as his sister, Linda Arnold.

He was educated in the Madison County School System. He briefly attended Greenville Training School but from that experience, he attained valuable instruction and life lessons that were most important when he relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida to establish his career that qualified him for jobs as a construction worker, heavy equipment operator, and ultimately working for the St. Petersburg Parks and Recreation.

Affectionately known as "Mig" to family and friends, LeeVan was a good ole country boy – enjoying every facet of outdoor life , sports, and living. In his leisure he enjoyed watching westerns and syndicated television shows. He could also be found "hanging with the guys" shooting the breeze and trying to solve the world's problems. He was a hardworking, fun-loving man who enjoyed life and spending time with those who mattered the most. His children attest to his being a kindhearted individual who really cared for his family.

LeeVan was a believer although he did not attend church on a regular basis. He not only believed in God, but he also expressed this daily through his interactions with others, his extended family connection, especially with his children. He leaves to cherish his life and memory to his sons : Kovacherich (LaShon) Arnold, Greenville, FL, Floyd Triplett, Clearwater, FL, and Ceotha Livingston, St. Petersburg, FL; daughters : Mary Triplett, Clearwater, FL, Petulia (Kerry) Huggins, Beaufort, SC, and Cassandra Speed, Tallahassee, FL; brothers : Israel Livingston, Jr., James (Beulah) Livingston, and Henry (Carolyn) Livingston, all of Greenville, FL; sister : Nadine (Robert) Williams, Greenville, FL; sister-in-law : Luella Livingston, Greenville, FL; brother-in-law : Roosevelt Arnold, Greenville, FL; grandchildren , many other sorrowing relatives and loving friends .
