Linda Jean Jackson Fennell, the beloved daughter of Reynold Jackson and Winnie Bell Hughes Jackson, was born on June 9, 1947. She had a loving and kind spirit that reflected in the manner she loved everyone and made them feel welcome. She was affectionately known as "Lou-Lou" by her family and friends, but the most special name she had was "Maw-Maw," which was given to her by her granddaughter, Amanda, but two generations later, the name was still affectionately used. She was a resident of Jacksonville, Florida.

A woman who made use of her every waking minute, Linda began her daily ritual by waking up incredibly early and drinking black coffee to feel energized before her routine for the day began. Linda had an impressive work ethic for the variety of jobs she held. She worked at Bubba's in Oceanway, Florida; she was the owner and operator of Auto Bandito, a salvage yard / junk yard, in Jacksonville, Florida.

During her leisure time, Linda found peace in the fresh air and sunshine where she enjoyed tossing her fishing lines and growing a variety of beautiful flowers and plants. Another enjoyment of hers was cooking savory meals to share with her family and friends. On the other hand, she appreciated traveling and would get away from her regular routines by taking trips for her refreshment and renewal.

Linda Jean Jackson Fennell unconditionally loved her family, valued her friends, and treasured life itself. However, on Friday, February 21, 2025, she gently closed her eyes and entered the glory of God.

It is hard to forget someone who gave you so much to remember. Linda Jean Jackson Fennell's legacy of love, strength, wisdom, and friendship will continue to live on in the hearts and memories of her loved ones. Those who will miss her until they meet again are her sons: Rickey Jackson and Timmy Fennell, both of Jacksonville, FL; daughter: Linda (Greg) Fordham of Middleburg, FL; brother: Harold Jackson of Jacksonville, FL; best friend: Roxanne; ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren; along with many other sorrowing relatives and loving friends.
