Sister Margaret Elizabeth Williams was born on December 29, 1959 in Madison, FL to the now-late Leroy Lewis and the now-late Mary L. Andrews. A
lifelong resident in this community,
she was educated in
the Madison County public school system. However, she also learned many of the lessons of
life
from "the village"- her mom, extended family members, and neighbors. Sister Margaret was highly regarded as an excellent homemaker and provider for her family.
Margaret was converted early in
life
and joyfully accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. As a faithful and dutiful member of Mt. Zion House of Prayer, she was known for her honest and Christian demeanor. A nurturer of the word of God and faith, Sister Margaret reflected her salvation through her love of people, acts of kindness and generosity but most of all, her willingness to help others and to serve in whatever capacity she was needed.
Affectionately called "Mot", Margaret looked forward to watching her favorite TV westerns and doing word search puzzles, and singing aloud the words of faith and praise unto Jesus Christ, and spending quality time with her loving family. Sadly, and entirely too soon, Margaret Elizabeth Williams severed her earthly ties, dawned the wings of a morning dove, and went home to live with God on November 19, 2020.
Preceding her in death are her parents, her brother - John Lewis, and two special nephews-Daryl McNealy and Ricardo Aikens.
