Minister Jannita Gay Stallworth Jones
1970-2025

Minister Jannita Gay Stallworth Jones, the beloved daughter of Bishop Frank Stallworth, Jr. and Elder Levertria Ann Stallworth, was born on August 21, 1970. She was a lively, fun-loving soul who easily earned respect, for when she spoke, everyone listened. She was committed to doing things in a more excellent way.

"The steps of a righteous person are ordered by the Lord." (Psalm 37:23) After she was converted at an early age, Minister Jannita received the Holy Ghost. Under the pastoral leadership of Pastor Clarence Jackson, she obediently accepted her heavenly calling to teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As time passed, she returned to Faith Chapel Pentecostal Church and was divinely given the task of serving as the Youth Coordinator. Her vibrant personality brightened each day with her kindness and laughter as she spoke truth to power. She instilled the hope of Christ and His offer of salvation to all who would hear as she constantly reaffirmed, "Pray! No matter what and always believe!" Because we are responsible for the least, the lost, and the left out, she became an advocate for the unwanted and often "sounded the alarm of justice" on their behalf.

Minister Jones was educated in the Gadsden County School System and furthered her education at Branell College in Tallahassee, Florida, which prepared her for a career that included employment in the Gadsden County School District, ARAMARK, the Florida State Hospital, AmeriCorps, and the Boys & Girls Club of America.

God gave Minister Stallworth Jones the strength, the determination, the skill, the resources, and the energy to do everything He purposed her to do. Also, because of her steadfast faith, He directed her to use her expertise as a party planner and crafter to successfully create her own business, "The Jump in Bean."

Minister Jannita Gay Stallworth Jones lived to die only to live again. Therefore, on Thursday, February 20, 2025, she joyfully began her eternal celebration with Jesus. It is well with her soul.

Minister Jannita Gay Stallworth Jones is gone from her loved ones' sight but never from their hearts.
