Prophetess Louise Collins
August 26, 1955 – April 29, 2025
"Lou-Lou" I "Weezy"
"Great is Thy Faithfulness"
Prophetess Louise Collins, a lifelong resident of Madison, Florida, was the beloved daughter of Thomas Collins, Sr. and Lula Mae Davis Collins. Born on August 26, 1955, she was affectionately known as "Lou-Lou" and "Weezy" by her family and circle of friends. They all appreciated her for her humility, friendliness, and faithfulness to God.
Prophetess Collins began her Christian journey earlier in life when she professed her faith in Jesus Christ and was baptized in His name. As her prayer life and steadfast love for Him increased, she also embraced the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, for it was her desire to do His Holy Will in spirit and in truth. She was a faithful member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. However, on December 22, 2019, her spiritual preparation also included her ordination as Prophetess for the work of the Gospel Ministry where she offered her service for the glory of God.
Prophetess Collins' love for the Lord reflected in her interaction with everyone, especially children. She was a shining example of God's love and grace.
Prophetess Collins enjoyed life itself and knew how to balance her work and her leisure. For many years, she was a dedicated employee the Cherry Farm Hatchery. However, she looked forward to spending her downtime watching her favorite syndicated television shows: westerns, "Walker, Texas Ranger," "Judge Judy," "Judge Joe Brown," and "Lifetime." To get out of the house for a little while, she enjoyed going on sightseeing trips to observe the changes (if any) that had taken place.
On Tuesday, April 29, 2025, Prophetess Louise Collins accepted her final assignment from the Lord which completed her earthly journey. She peacefully and quietly transitioned from her earthly life to live eternally with Him. Her spirit, however, will continue to live in the hearts and minds of all she loved as well as in those whose lives she touched.
In time, the loved ones of Prophetess Louise Collins will find comfort in her love that nurtured them, her wisdom that guided them, and her strength that inspired them. Her life was a testament to her faith and her commitment to serving others. Those who are directly impacted are her sons: Willie Gallon, Jr. of Madison, FL and (nephew raised as her son) Dallas Choice, Jr. of Houston, TX; daughters: Shajaun (Eric) Smith, Anitra Gallon, both of Madison, FL, and Calvilisha Collins of Orlando, FL; sister: Dorothy Jean Collins of Madison, FL; brothers: Leonard (Malinda) Collins, Sr. of Boynton Beach, FL and Calvin Collins of Madison, FL; sisterin- love: Mary Collins of Madison, FL; grandchildren: Wa'Lashya Gallon, Tamiyah Gallon, Jabez Fleno, Jeziah Collins, Messiah Choice, Bethany Choice, and Ca'Dance Gallon; along with many other sorrowing relatives and sympathetic friends.
Loved ones who preceded Prophetess Louise Collins in death were her parents: Thomas Collins, Sr. and Lula Mae Davis Collins; sisters: Earlene Collins and Nora Dean Collins Ealy; and brothers: Curtis Lee Collins, Sr. and Thomas Billy Collins.
