As a part of God's Master Plan, William Smith was born on December 19, 1958 in Alabama. He was raised by his parents, Kaleb and Kelly Smith, who preceded him in death.

A person living with cerebral palsy, William dealt with much adversity; however, he persevered with the understanding that regardless of how badly situations in life may be, things could always be worse. Therefore, he chose to find his own ray of sunlight and to shine in his own way' always with his kindness and love he had for others. He was a people person who loved music and was always the life of the party.

One of William's major accomplishments was his completing the requirements to earn his high school diploma.

According to God's Master Plan, William Smith's earthly ray of sunlight set forever on Thursday, March 30, 2023, for him to joyfully come into the presence of the Lord.

William Smith's life and love for all will forever remain in the hearts of his devoted caregiver: Tenesia Pearson-Telusca and family of Quincy, FL; Riverchase Health and Rehabilitation Center Family; along with other loving relatives and sorrowing friends.
