"Hold on to God's Unchanging Hand, For He Cares For You"
Zion Devontrick Wallace, the beloved son of Patrick Wallace, Sr. and Charlesetta Cogdell-Edwards, was born on April 30, 2002. It was a blessing for him to have been nurtured by his village of supporters who helped shape his life during his youth. Zion was affectionately known as "Bam" and "B-Five" by his family and his circle of friends. He was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, Florida.
Zion was a happy person - one who was also energetic and who chose to live life to its fullest. He made a conscious effort to make the most of each day, and as a result, there was always a story about Zion. Those who knew him best would ask, "What Zion did today?"
There would be nothing he would hesitate to do for them, for he created more beauty in the world through his love of people.
Zion was a very selfless person was dedicated to making a way for himself even as a child.
On Wednesday, February 19, 2025, Zion Devontrick Wallace departed from this earthly life and transitioned to his eternal home. He is gone from his loved ones' sight but never from their hearts.
